SBC claims patent on website features

Here's a good one. SBC (SNET's parent company) owns a patent that claims to cover any static, linked information (such as frames, banners, menus, etc) that are displayed on a web page while other sections of the page change. What fucking moron at the Patent Office granted them this patent? Anyway, SBC is now testing the waters with their "patent" by going after "little guys" who can't afford to fight back.
