Two divers are doing their thing, and one of them has an equipment malfunction which leads to his accidental drowning, as ruled by the Orange County coroner. Now, the widow of the victim is suing the surviving diver for being a "bad diving buddy." So, can I sue my buddies from back in the day for being bad wingmen, and allowing me to make... poor drunken decisions?
