Ok , I have a one word question ...HOW ?

How does a 2nd bombing in a week and a half happen the same exact way it did the time before in London ? What do the British think this was an icolated incident ? If they dont start to take the whole terrorism threats seriously London will be blow to bits . I mean look what happened when we were attacked , We shut everything and everyone down until we got a system in place to try and protect us better and why dont the British have the same mentality /.
